BE A SUCCESS STORY, NOT A STATISTIC
Follow The Young and Diabetic today!
Have you or someone you know been diagnosed with diabetes? Do you need help trying to figure out how to move forward?
Regardless if you are young or old, newly diagnosed or five years in, everyone is welcome to find out more about diabetes. This blog is generally geared towards Type 2 diabetics, I am always willing to learn about other types of diabetes and helping others on their journey.
I am not an expert on diabetes. What I am is a Type 2 diabetic trying to live my best life. I have a family history of diabetes. My dad passed away at 43 years old in part due to complications with diabetes. After watching him go through it and not fully understanding what he was going through, I felt helpless. What could I do to help him? I knew nothing about diabetes and what it could do to you. I don’t want others to go through what I have been through. I hope that I can help people through their own diabetic journey.
